I average 6 miles per day of running and walking. Two years ago, I averaged 1.5 per day.

So far, my Sunday has consisted of burritos for breakfast, watching Veronica Mars for the first time, installing some Blink cameras, doing some grocery shopping, drinking some brew, and play The Legend Of Zelda on Switch. My brand is on-point.

My ankles/top of my feet have been feeling a bit achy/overworked over the last few days, so I took a day off from running. Time to schedule more massages.

Finished my first three LEGO Speed Champion builds. The McLaren looks dope, but I love the green Mustang. That Ferrari, though…😍

Los Angeles Beer Week has begun! Yesterday’s kickoff beer fest was so awesome!

I have been on this route for a year, calling the same people before I go to their buildings every month, yet I still get anxious about having to call them before I come. When I finish the phone call, I have this feeling of accomplishment. So weird and frustrating.

I took Tuesday through Thursday off from running. It was a nice break, especially with the rainy weather we had this week, but today is the first day of Apple’s heart challenge for Apple Watch, so I’m back at it!

According to my workout data from last year, my combined running workout and walking workout distances averaged to 3.3 miles per day. Considering that this was my first year as a runner and taking exercise more seriously, I think that’s pretty great. 🏃
