I bought AirPods Max a couple of weeks ago. I love them. They’re the most comfortable over-ear headphones I own. Been using them for podcasting via wired connection, while also using the bluetooth connection on my iPad. On the down side, they’re a bit heavy. Wonderful, overall.
Might add more to the background, but I pretty much finished my last trace of #Invincible in Affinity Designer. The exercise really reinforced a lot of different fundamentals and got easier and faster to complete toward the end. I think this turned out excellent.

Riverside City College is an interesting campus. Over the years, the campus was built, literally, into and onto the hills of Riverside. This tree is over three stories tall and lives next to an elevator that takes you from one of the lowest points on campus to the highest.

What a weekend.
I haven’t had apps on my main iPhone home screen for years. It was entirely blank, with apps in folders on the second page. With the introduction of widgets and App Library, the apps are back on my screens and I have “themed” pages. Still working on it, but I like this setup.
Drew this a while ago. Need to get back to tracing my photos. It’s fun.
Mulan on Disney+ is $30 w/ a Disney+ subscription. I get why it’s $30, but it’s too much, considering I already pay for the service. I’d pay $20. I paid $35 for all three Bill and Ted movies on tv, which is a good deal. Point is, I don’t mind paying extra, but $30 is too much.
I’ve been using the 2020 12.9” iPad Pro as my daily driver for almost a month and I’m really happy with it. It’s been more than capable for everything I do, including editing the podcast and making videos.
I also got a custom skin for the Magic Keyboard which not only protects it, but looks pretty slick.
It’s 6AM, which means I’m no longer on-call for work and I’m also no longer a grumpy, anxious jerk. God, I hate being on-call.
